Farm Education visits

Three generations of the Hoskin family have been educating schools and children about agriculture and farm life in our converted calf house classroom!  Most recently we have been hosting “FarmerTime”, connecting with schools from towns and cities all over the UK, including Manchester and London to provide virtual farm tours and a snap shot of country life and food origins.

Students have always played an important role within the team at the family-run farm, including veterinary and agricultural students from universities and local colleges, as well as local apprenticeships.
